The Park Scholarships team is pleased to welcome Rachel Cox as the program’s first communications manager.
Filling a newly created position, Rachel will lead the implementation of a strategic marketing and communications plan for the Park Scholarships program. Rachel’s work will focus on enhancing the Park Scholarships brand by improving the program’s visibility and developing engaging communications campaigns to connect all members of the Park Scholarships community.
Rachel comes to us from Washington, D.C., where she most recently managed communications for the Air Force Association. Prior to that, she managed events and public affairs at a think tank and handled digital strategy for a screen printing company. Originally from Newark, Delaware, she earned her bachelor’s degree at Georgetown University studying history, English, and film and media studies.
